Eleanor McBrien
Throughout my career I have been drawn to helping people and businesses work out how they want to be seen, creating the right kind of impact, and being really confident in expressing this to the world. It’s surprising how hard it is for smart leaders to be able to really understand and express their values, their purpose; why they should be listened to or followed.
In 2016 I developed the Lighthouse model, drawing upon the dual worlds of brand strategy and coaching, to help clients find an elegant and accessible way to convey how they wanted to be understood and seen by those around them.
